Disclosure & Disclaimer for PMS Distribution Services

1.Capacity of Fintwiz

Fintwiz Pvt Ltd ("Fintwiz") acts solely as a distributor of Portfolio Management Services offered by one or more SEBI-registered Portfolio Manager(s) ("Portfolio Manager") that Fintwiz may tie up with from time to time, having different or diversified investment objectives. Fintwiz is not a Portfolio Manager and does not manage, hold, or exercise discretion over any client funds or securities under this arrangement. The name, SEBI registration details, and Disclosure Document of the specific Portfolio Manager will be shared with you at the time of referral.

This distribution activity is undertaken by Fintwiz under its APMI Registration No. APRN09563, and is distinct and separate from Fintwiz's SEBI Research Analyst registration (Reg. No. INH000026026, BSE Enlistment No. 7156). Research services offered under the RA registration are independent of, and not connected to, the PMS distribution services described here.

2.No Advice or Recommendation by Fintwiz

Fintwiz is merely acting as a facilitator by referring you to the Portfolio Manager upon your request. Any assistance provided by Fintwiz in this process — including sharing information, scheduling introductions, or explaining the Portfolio Manager's offering — shall not be construed as investment advice, recommendation, or representation by Fintwiz to avail Portfolio Management Services.

Any advice, investment strategy, or recommendation relating to the PMS product is provided solely by the Portfolio Manager, governed entirely by its Disclosure Document and the Portfolio Manager–Client Agreement executed directly between you and the Portfolio Manager.

3.No Liability or Warranty Pass-Through

The provision of PMS by the Portfolio Manager is expressly subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Portfolio Manager–Client Agreement. Any warranties or representations relating to the PMS shall be limited strictly to those incorporated in that agreement.

Fintwiz does not assume any responsibility or liability arising from the sale, performance, or conduct of the PMS product. Your contract for these services is directly and exclusively with the Portfolio Manager.

4.Commission and Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure

Fintwiz may earn a distribution/referral fee or commission from the Portfolio Manager on successful onboarding of a client. Details of the commission paid to Fintwiz for your specific account will be disclosed to you by the Portfolio Manager, in accordance with SEBI's disclosure requirements for the PMS industry.

Please read the Portfolio Manager's Disclosure Document carefully — including fee structure, investment strategy, risk factors, and the fund manager's track record — before making any investment decision.

7.Grievance Redressal

For grievances relating to Fintwiz's role as distributor, you may contact Fintwiz's Grievance Officer at grievance@fintwiz.com. For grievances relating to the PMS product itself, you may approach the Portfolio Manager's designated compliance officer, or escalate through SEBI's SCORES platform or the APMI grievance mechanism, as applicable.
